Notes

4x2x800 on the track this morning. First 800 is at 10k, 100 yog, 800 at 5k, 400 yog. 100 yogs averaged around 30 seconds, 400 yog was around 1:55 average. Pretty chilly out there again. Below 30 but at least there were light winds. Took me forever to warm up though, even with tights on. Didn't feel fully warmed up until set 3. Had a tough time finding the 10k pace but seemed to do well with the 5k. Because I'm moving this weekend and probably won't be able to get in a quality long run I gave myself a bit of the green light on the final 400. Built each 100 of it. Solid workout. Thought it could have gone better but for the first true all track workout of the cycle, not bad. Time to start tuning the legs up a bit. 5 weeks to go!
