Notes

Getting bored of slogging around town so threw in a little fartlek-type workout today. Just 1-2-3-3-2-1 with the rest being the time of the next interval. Ascending felt like a shock to the system. It was 4 degrees out and I haven't done anything sustained fast since the turkey trot. Just took my a body a bit to warm up. Descending felt much better. Body was warmed up and aerobic system had caught up. Obviously nothing difficult, just needed to shake things up a bit. Did this around the Kipke loop by Ferry Field. Did this in trainers as well.
