Last long run before the marathon in Lake Geneva WI. I wanted to do something closer to 21 or 22 miles today, but I just didn't have it in me. I'd been feeling a bit run down the last few days, and it clearly showed today. My pace began to lag pretty quickly, and by mile 15 I was really poking along.
