Not bad. Ran 2 mile warm-up (8:47, 8:39) then 8 at tempo pace (8:15, 8:08, 8:11, 8:02, 8:04, 8:13, 7:59, 8:12). I kinda wish the paces didn't bounce up and down so much, but I'll take it.
