Twin Cities Marathon! A new PR by almost 3 minutes! Felt very good throughout the whole run. Maintained a very consistent pace thru mile 20 when I hit the hills. Inevitably slowed down at that point. Once I saw that I had a new PR (and sub 3:45) in the bag, I eased up a bit over the last two miles. Overall, very happy with the result. It was a beautiful course and a very fun weekend. Temp was 37 at the start, 50 at the finish.
