New Haven Road Race. After 12 years of doing the 20k, this year they added a Half Marathon, and I chose to do that. Considering my low level of training over the last couple years, this was as good as I could have hoped for, even if it was far behind my HM PR days. I am quite happy with this run, and I am very pleased that Mile 13 was by far my fastest of the day. Tropical Storm Hermine stayed away, and the weather was terrific for a run.
