Notes

First interval workout in a while. And first one on a treadmill in eons. Ran 3x1 mile (at speeds of 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 mph), then 3x1/2 mile (at 7.6, 7.7 and 7.8). Felt good. Ran a self-created iFit route in Paris, France.
