Notes
I'm following a schedule for the first time in many years. It's a fairly aggressive one, so it'll be no surprise if I don't keep up. I had been doing very well at it for two and a half weeks. But today I felt short. The schedule called for 10 miles. But I was feeling rather exhausted and my right knee started getting cranky. So I cut it down to 6 miles. This schedule calls for a lot more mileage than I've been doing, so just keeping it in the ballpark will be better than I've been doing. So I'm okay with this today.
