Notes
This run was great for the first 10 miles. After pausing to refill my water bottle and starting up again, I tweaked something in my right hamstring. I continued on for almost 5 more miles, but it never loosened up. So I quit. With a marathon in 2 weeks, I wanted to do 20 miles today. Oh well. If I feel better, maybe I'll try for the other 5 miles tomorrow.
