Ugh. Feel very beat up. Ran to South Mountain Reservation and ran 5 miles on the trails. This led to some extremely slow splits. Arrived in park at about Mile 3, exited about Mile 8. I am not used to trails, and probably should not have done this as part of a long run. Still managed 10 miles after leaving park. Had one relatively fast mile when I fell in-line with two other runners. Legs feel very tired and sore now. Temp was 36 at start, 55 at end. Splits: 9:17, 9:20, 9:22, 12:25, 9:48, 10:38, 10:55, 10:09, 9:49, 9:22, 9:33, 9:18, 9:25, 9:14, 8:39, 9:24, 9:29, 9:32.
