Notes

Slow but hilly tempo run; or not-so-hilly but fast hill run. Either way, it was a good workout. I hadn't run in a few days because of the first rounds of the NCAA basketball tournament and some nasty sinus pain over the last few days. This was a downloaded iFit route in Point Loma, CA.
