This time, felt good at the beginning, but started running out of gas around mile 5. After lying down after the run, I developed a very nasty charley horse, probably due to dehydration. That also would explain the sluggishness at the end.
Until now, the "weight" field has always been ny "normal" weight. From now on, that field (when given) will be my weight immediately after the run. The assumption is that this will be a better judge of how much is sweated off and how well I am keeping myself hydrated.
