Notes

Took a couple more days off after the last run just to make sure I recovered adequately. I felt fine on this run. Hopefully I'm almost back to normal and can start marathon training again. (Basically from scratch, unfortunately, but that's better than nothing). Ran a downloaded iFit route at Harrington Point, New Zealand.
