very tough workout in the late afternoon heat at the beach. Wind was very strong on 1st interval into wind, wasn't as bad on 3rd or I didn't notice. I'm concerned that my workout times keep getting worse, not sure if this can be blamed on the heat or what. Note that I was feeling crappy enough and it was crowded enough on the path that I considered giving up after 2, glad I finished, but it was brutal.
goal set 4x5mins @ 10k-ish.
