went to run @ sawyer camp but it was closed. So, had to run local and the wind was brutal, esp during 1.5 mile cool down. did not do intended 5x40 second hills b/c no hills near home.

3 miles @T=20:02=6:41/mile @ 166

misleading HR b/c first was low.

new shoes: pure flow. Could tell they are light and felt quick. maybe a bit of pain at the end of run b/c of them. So far so good.
