Very very good workout in near perfect conditions at beach (north lot for surface). Other than wind, was perfect.
Goal set was 5x3 minutes + 3 rest, starting at 10k moving down towards 5k pace (7->6:35ish, based upon HM). Paces ended up being a bit faster than this, but felt good, if a bit weak.
