Notes
Pretty good cruise intervals set on beach path (mostly north lot). Was a bit worn out, but hit the paces I wanted and am OK with the HRs involved.
Note that these are slower than previous (not culpepper) tempo run paces.
Goal set, 3x10 mins + 2.5 mins recovery @ HM pace.
@7:25/163 (headwind)
@7:22/167 (tailwind)
@7:12/169 (mixed)
The 2nd one felt the worst, wasn't sure I'd do a 3rd, but was completely fine on last one.
