This was about as mentally strong a run as I can remember. Warm up: legs had no energy. During 1st mile was not feeling it at all and did not think I’d complete workout, so was going to call it after 1 mile and regroup Thursday. At 1 mile, changed mind and decided to hit 1st interval. After that, just kept toughing it out. Also was going to stop after 1 mile in 3rd interval but suffered through the end. Not happy with paces but real happy with effort. Not HR issues, i think my legs are just beat up from last week’s efforts, esp Saturday.
