(note, overwrote stats from garmin b/c of bug in RA)
brutal work out at the beach. I was scared, and justifiably so. I don't feel well afterwards. Sun/temp wasn't a big problem but the wind sucked, and it was timed such that both the miles were into the wind, the 30s were all with it. I REALLY need to learn that the 1st interval into the wind needs to slow down.
