this was a real throw away run. Started out w/ intention of 2 miles at T pace but wasn't feeling it, so decided to do 2 mile fit test @ 155bpm. Consistently had to push the pace to keep that 'high', but knew something was off. I think I need to wet the sensors before I start. Real crap run. Shins a bit, but not too bad, sore.
