very good hard run-did not feel great but still had a good run. goal set 12x(60@6:10->6:05 + 90 slow).
Mostly flat, tail wind through 7th interval then turnaround into headwind. last interval was hard into hard wind. on these very quick intervals, the rounding to two places can make a big difference on pace. Entered rounded numbers into log, but here are paces from garmin directly (without rounding):
