Another crap run. goal set 4x90s + 4x45s @6% hill. Wasn't able to figure out a great spot to run so did coyote point, which further away from home than should have done. did run out too hard, probably. 4x90 set: the 1st 45 seconds of that wasn't that difficult so was almost more like 8x45s of a decently tough hill. good to have it done with, as haven't done hills in a long time. Really discouraged about runs lately though.
