Notes

Started off feeling great. Goal was to keep overall HR under 145, but it was hard to do given the nature of the course and unusually warm weather. After about 3.5 miles, rolling hills turned into 1.5 miles up hill ending pretty steep, then turnaround. I don't think I've ever been able to negative split this run despite return trip being net downhill. By the end of this run, was running at or near 9 mins and HR was very, very high. Hills just beat me up, I guess. I was also probably quite dehydrated. Also, ran the entire time on soft, off pavement surface.

avg 148 is OK, but really felt quite a bit harder than that.
