decent, hard run. a bit of pain, but not awful. I was not sure when I went to bed if I'd run 19, 12, or 10. Decided to go shorter, then when I was pushing pace, said 10 would be enough. The hills are unfamiliar, need to keep doing this every few weeks. avg 152.
