great run @8am in sunny,cool, calmish winds. only issue was right hip starting to limit turnover again at end of run. other pain points seem to be getting better with time and new shoes (2nd run). goal was to start easy (mile 1 8:25), bring average down to about 8 mins by turnaround (hit this exact @ 48:01), then keep HR around 155 for the rest of the way (slight fail in that 10,11,12 were 156-157). overall avg 150. 76 miles over last 2 weeks and 160 miles over last 30 days, great great training.
