first time doing this workout in years. very, very hard in warm, but not hot, late afternoon.
Good: worked my ass off: HR was super high, could not go any harder. Not a lot of pain.
Not as good: I need to reset my expectations, as my goal paces for workouts are always too fast and I cannot maintain pace for entire workout.
Goal was 4x5 minutes starting at 7ish and dropping.
