Wow, my legs are toast. 2 13 milers within 5 days is a lot, but i wanted this run done before Saturday as I haven’t recovered from Saturday long runs in time to get a killer Tuesday workout in. So, that’s the goal: deal with this pain and hopefully get a very strong work out in tues/wed. Was not really pushing pace until last 3 miles here, but really legs beat up from the hills. Started at 75, but cooled down in northern section when it got shady and then temp dropped. Avg 149 is good for distance/pace/hills/heat, but very beat up.
