This fits squarely in the junk miles category: too fast for the intended MP, too slow to be a good tempo run. Note that the wind direction was flipped from normal, so was actually into the wind on the way back.
Positives: No pain after Saturday's 20, still pretty good pace.
Avg 152 seems off, I think the first 2 miles were off and I actually switched the watch from left to right b/c of it.
