Tough day. Considering the condition I was in 4 weeks ago, this is very disappointing. However, considering my last month, including 2 full weeks with zero running, this was a very strong training run. garmin measured 13.41, so mile splits are off. This may have been long, as all of the damage came within 1 mile: first few were spot on, then i was .2 off for rest of the way.

EDIT: this was acknowledged by race to be more than 13.1, so race was more like 13.3, but leaving @ 13.1 for tracking.
