very strong run. Goal set was 3x8 mins @ HM pace with 2.5 rest period. Pace was possibly too fast, but HR avgs were pretty good (though I wasn't tracking HR, just recording and occasionally observing it). This was the coolest run yet this season and that likely effected HR quite a bit. I was able to get HR down into the mid 130s during the rest and it was peaking around 170ish at the end of 2nd and 3rd intervals. Possibly too high but avg was good. Would like to get a longer tempo in at some point to see how HR tracks over 25 or 30 minutes. Wind wasn't that bad until about half way through last interval and the cool down.

Pain in left knee is definitely a constant now but not too bad. New shoes tomorrow.
