very, very strong run. I shouldn't be racing myself each week, but it feels good! This was the fastest non race 10+ mile run I've ever done-finally beat what I did back after HM PR when I weighed 15 lbs less. This was also 2 seconds off my february HM pace, which is very abnormal for me.
similar run to last week in that my legs felt weak-this is probably b/c my midweek runs aren't great and I'm drinking way too much. still, great run with something left in tank.
