very, very hard intervals in warm + VERY windy.
goal set
1x1 mile @ 6:20 + 2:45
6x.5 mile @ 6:10 + 2:15
turned around after 2nd 1/2 mile (tail wind then head wind). halves 3,5 and (especially) 6 were brutal.
this is slightly slower than last workout mix of miles and halves, but that was a different workout-on the track, no wind, and slightly less total interval volume.
