this was a shit awful run. Never felt good. I wonder if I need to NOT take a day off after hard run and do the recovery run immediately. Or, just take it easy for a bit as this has been a brutal two weeks: 2x long runs, 4x workouts, 12 total runs, 70ish miles.

avg 139 is pretty good. pace did get better as I went.
