decent interval workout, but legs pretty worn out. was really pushing hard. goal was to average 6:40-6:45, but starting high and ending faster. sort of accomplished:

Not as good as same workout on 2/25/2015, but was in pretty good condition there and a bit more rested as no tempo run 2 days before:
