Only good thing about this run is I got it done. Did not feel great after the first interval (which was easy). Felt like stopping on each of last 3. Probably should have taken today off and done this on its scheduled day, tomorrow.
Much, much cooler than last few days and also a bit windy, but nothing brutal. Headwind in all but first interval + 1/2 of 2nd.
goal set:
6-5-4-3-2
with rests starting at 3:30 and removing 15 seconds each time
pace starting 6:40 dropping 10s each time.
