very good run (despite 2-3 wine last night). perfect weather: warm in sun, cold in shade, no wind. hips hurting a bit by end but not really effecting turn over. longest run since early nov 2020 (> 1 year). avg 151 lower than it felt.
this was slightly longer than recorded as I ran .04 past 4 mile turnaround
