Great interval workout in the sorta cold, sorta windy.
Goal set was
10 mins, no faster than 6:55 and hopefully < 7
6x1@avg 6:15-6:20
10 mins at whatever was left in the tank without pushing too much
The below are from garmin. I don't know why RA has different splits, getting annoying
