very hard workout in very high wind. I haven't done intervals in a while, so it was good to get this out of the way, but not thrilled with splits or high HR. I really spent my energy in the 1st two into the wind, then had nothing left w/ wind at back. I'll just have to be satisfied that I finished 1st intervals in a while.

avg 6:41/162, both faster and easier then. Today's was a 2.5 mile warmup vs 1 mile, but that is no excuse.
