great great run in wild wind. goal set was 5x3 minutes with 3 mins rest, starting at 6:20 and working down to 6:10 (working hard). Wasn't clear whether should be running or walking between: I walked the first rest and then felt too rested, so ran the other rest periods. warmup was 1/2 tail/head wind. first 2 intervals into headwind, with 2nd brutal. last 3 all tail wind.
Was working pretty hard on the last one, but wasn't suffering. toe only really bothered me on last .5 miles, and still not that bad.
