absolutely brutal run. felt good for maybe 10 miles, then achilles started hurting, but was able to maintain pace. with 6 or so to go, it got worse, then last 4 were super painful. was 84 degrees at beginning with no cover, then in last 4 miles sun dropped and I was running into a decent headwind. I'm in a bad way now. avg 152.
