Very tough run in warm, high wind. Legs really beat up from rolling 30 total of 150 miles and 7 or so weeks of consistently running a lot. Not a lot of sleep last night either.
Positives: started the run. finished the run. low HR despite feeling a very high effort.
Not thrilled with the pace but it balanced out in the end.
