very, very strong tempo run. Legs have been really beat up lately, but felt better today. Definitely time to get rid of the kinvara's: yesterday's run in ghosts helped.
1st two @T were into wind, 2nd two with it. Felt limited by leg strength, not the engine.
No great comparison runs as the last few were all much slower, but in much warmer conditions. This is 15 seconds per mile faster than I did 3@T before last HM (workout on 1/30/2015), and that workout beat the shit out of me, which this did not. I definitely could have kept going.
