very hard short stuff. started off very poorly: was having a hard time breathing and considered stopping right away: not beginning of intervals but beginning of the run.
effort level and feel was good, but paces were not that great.
goal was 4x90+60+30 with equal+30 rest, no pace goals just having 3 distinct gears.
