Very good race-big PR, 2 minutes ahead of last year's time and well under goal of 19 minutes. I'm still not convinced this course is a full 5k.

Two thirds past what I thought was a crack smoking goal of 90/40/19 for the year and it's still Q1! Now I need to figure out what's next.
