not great, not awful first short stuff in a while. legs didn't have much pop when i started and achilles is pretty sore, but i did it anyway. I'm not sure there's a ton of value in splits for such short stuff at sawyer camp, paces are all over the place.
goal set: 3x2 mins, 6x1 min, equal rest. maybe next time make it equal + 30 to get paces faster.
