Decent progression run though the plan got away from me. Goal was 4-3-2-1, 8:45,8:30, 8:15, < 8. Last 3 miles I went too hard. Avg 149 seems low for this effort and heat/sun.
Did same run 4/6/2019, 10 degrees colder
avg 8:26@155, finishing in 7:55. So, way better today.
