very very strong run in the hills. set out thinking 12-14 miles, but decided that adding 2 miles AND adding intense hills was too much for today, and no regrets there. the uphills were very hard but i maintained a decent pace. did exact same run right before SFHM last year on july 16 (15 days before HM) a bit faster, but I've got 10 full weeks left to train.
