eh, not so great run. I was CRUISING and feeling great for most of first half, but by turnaround could feel hips tightening up. rest of run wasn't very good and hips hurt more than they have since about exactly 4 years ago preparing for same race. Also, just barely avoided getting run over. Got leg out of way, but was able to slam top of hood with my fist. HRM readings shit b/c I had to move it off my incision. cadence 172
