very, very hard workout. Legs were tired from last 6 days of intense work.

tail wind for warm up and first two intervals, then turned around. headwind was medium through intervals but got very intense during warm down.

main set goal: 4x5 mins @ (theoretical) 10k pace of 6:15, which I was pretty much dead on considering wind-was probably even faster on last one knowing headwind.
