ok first fast stuff in a month. no real goal other than to be moving hard and complete the workout. Did not feel great, and was working super hard. Weather near perfect: log says 71 but it started cooler than that. quads hurting by end, hard time picking pace up.
goal: 3x2, 6x1 with equal rest but double in between sets.
